Whats the role of hydrocortisone cri here,,,plz explain?

We removed the adrenal gland and since it was likely to be a functional tumour, we need to supplement until the other gland can kick in.

Why we are giving kitamine cri,, ? When For pain management we are already giving fantnyl cri,,

Ketamine adds a lot to the pain relief in patients that are really painful.
