Im so sorry you have been through so much at such a young age. I was born with hip dysplasia. I had surgeries at age 18 months and 3 years old. I did well until i got to 17 years old when i started having hip pain. I eventually saw an orthopedic surgeon and underwent PAO surgery at 22 years old. It was a rough recovery, it took 6 months to get back to normal. That surgery lasted me a long time. I started having issues again in my early 30's. I developed secondary arthritis and it got more painful with each passing year. I am now 45 years old, and im waiting for surgery for a hip replacement. Due to dysplasia, i have an abnormal socket, which puts me at high risk of dislocation. Im taking that risk because the alternative is to live with the horrible pain and be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life. I live in the uk and i will be having the Mako robotic assisted surgery. You are an incredibly strong inspirational young lady and i wish you a happy pain free life ❤ Thank you for sharing your story xx

I had a left THR surgery last week Tuesday, I had a developmental dysplasia so I had a surgery as kid for two years. But I did missed a window to get one more surgery done on my left hip, and I completely understand the pain level you were experiencing! The pain gets so excruciating and just want to cry your eyes out 😢
