Never mind I figured it out. Obviously it’s a 5/4 polyrhythm at first but after that it’s a 5/16 polyrhythm with the right hand tapping every 5 sixteenth notes and the left hand tapping on beat one of every measure. It sounds like a tempo change but it aint
