I think those after labor recovery facilities are so nice. Imagine having someone help you and assist you in taking care of the baby and yourself the first few days or for as long as you need it. I think having that option can definitely lessen the chance of developing post partum depression especially during a time when it can all get so overwhelming. I hope one day more places can provide that.

I carried my twins full terms it was hard though towards the end it was hard to drive but I didn't want them in NICU so I prayed a lot and did what I could to keep them in they were 1.5 weeks early. I am so happy that you're sharing this with us. And unsolicited advice will be coming in left and right. Just be the parent you wish you had / you want to be. You're guys are awesome.

I’m so happy for you guys. I got pregnant our first ivf treatment with twins 15 months ago. When I found out we were having twins so much worries going through my head and I looked up pregnancy twins which wasn’t good cuz it just made my worry level go up high. I told myself I need to take a break from social media and enjoy my pregnancy. I was able to carry my twins for 38 weeks and they both came out healthy. I’ve watched you before Mr.Moon and just so proud of your journey. Enjoy your rest and sleep because twins are a lot of work but so much fun to have. Congratulations! I’m also a twin mom. It’s exhausting, yet exciting & rewarding at the same time. Try to take it easy and give yourself as much rest as you can. Also, doing yoga for pregnancy, not only helps with delivery, but it helps so much with recovery & post-natal care. I moved to Sweden around the same time and I originally thought it was nice to see someone in a similar situation as me moving abroad and experiencing a new culture. Like you, I have lived here ever since and have gotten married to a Swede. I am now 13w pregnant with my first so it's soo nice to be able to be able to watch you and go through another life milestone with you! I have started to get a bit nervous these last couple of days with the pregnancy but watching this video actually made me feel excited about it again. Also, I am amazed that you are still working strong and working out. I feel like a lazy bum 😝. I have been so nauseous that I have had a bit of trouble doing either.

Looks incredible! So happy for you both :) In the Netherlands, we have something called "kraamzorg", where you get assigned a home nurse for a specific amount of time. They help with the baby, with keeping the house clean, doing medical checks to see if stitches etc. are healing. And other stuff. It's wonderful. All covered by health insurance. Every country should have that luxury really :)

My baby is now 1 yr old and watching this took me back to going to all my prenatal appointments alone last year . I've watched your vids for years now and I'm so excited for you and I also feel for you! Pregnancy is No joke! As soon as my morning sickness subsided, my intense round ligament pain/spd kicked in and that was just one baby! I hope and pray your pregnancy with twins continues going well. Your content as a mom would be soooo positively impactful since you're so open about everything and there is so much about becoming a mom that is not public knowledge. For example the fact you're wanting/ planning breastfeeding the twins is so great - I hope you get all the support you need to make that happen.
