OK, so it’s a week later and I think I have this form down again. Yours is one of the better descriptions I’ve seen on KZbin. I’m a black belt that has been orphaned because of COVID, my Senior instructor had to close his doors. I’m continuing my studies online and I’m seeing a wide variety of styles, yours is similar to the way I was taught. Thank you for producing this.

Nice job, it’s not easy to describe a form while at the same time actually performing the form. I haven’t done this form in years and trying to relearn it. Thanks for putting this together, very helpful.

You cannot be a 2nd Dan in itf if this is good for you the terminology is completely wrong

His name was General Choi and this video is using completely incorrect terminology as a start
