Just curious: do you ever go foraging in that local woods of yours? I find the topic of foraging interesting myself. I do agree fully with your comments here, though: go outside and connect to something else than the internet, asphalt, concrete etc. You don't have to go far, you don't have to spend hours upon hours out there....but you WILL find it is actually quite addictive!

I didn’t go foraging here but there are some good places I know to pick up fungus. Was thinking about to dive into the topic. Yes, going outdoors becomes addictive. I enjoy it everyday, even if it’s only for a short walk.

If you are in the middle of the pile of shit, all of those „choose happiness“ and „self help“ shit seems to be some bullshit, told by an tree hugging, tea sipping fool, living is his comfort zone, with no REAL experience. I know that feel. I’ve gone through a lot of shit, REAL shit in my life. I know how it feels. Please trust me. But I see that a short video with some phrases has no power to go deeper.
