Tip: When parking the car after you stop, just tap the W button because if you don't it leaves your reverse lights on and they drain out your battery. You can see it at 27:21. Hope you see this cause it drains out the battery quite fast.

My cousin actually has a Mosin and he let me shoot it once at a range! Oh man, it's every bit as nice irl as it is in game. It'll take your shoulder off if you're not holding it good and snug when your shooting lol! I didn't know you were such a gun lover either Fooster. You're an American at heart lol! So Fooster, in the off chance you see this. From the perspective of security for a base. It would likely be best to put locks on all the doors or at least on the doors to which the loot is clearly piled behind of. Plus the more locks down means the longer it takes to break into your base so you might roll up on a person trying to break in if you decide to head back home after a trip. Adding extra doors may be some good advice to give as well. Putting a door at the base of the stairs and the top means the stairwell is essentially a kill box to trap someone inside of. Boost base defense and raid time.

Tip: aim low when swinging melee weapon and it will do an overhand swing to the head and do a lot more damage.

As someone who has an M91/30 Mosin Nagant and an original K98 irl, i say use the Mosin, the one in game has the PU sniper "bent" bolt, which is super rare irl, the mauser is just a mauser. Great videos, hope you get the recognition you deserve for all the content you make

I think you can put locks on the shed, we have been able to on our server. Also if you havent already, you can put a lock on your vehicle, which locks the doors and locks the inventory as well.

@@itsyaboi8528 adding bass is a common tactic that game devs use to make guns feel more powerful, but it's not necessarily true to real life. I've shot deagles on multiple occasions (though I unfortunately don't own one) and I'd say the in-game sounds are pretty accurate.

I prefer the Kar98k look, but I always liked the Mosin since Enemy at the gates, so it's hard to choose. Also it's awesome you are begining to build your base, that's why I loved the Mist series, because of the base building and crafting etc. So it would be nice, if you created yourself a home like u did in Mist serie. :)

oh yeah! the Mosin and Kar98 are both beautiful rifles in their own way. one thing i'd love in game is an m1903 Springfield. the bolt action .30-06 rifle the u.s used in ww1 and ww2, they're nice looking rifles. also a Lee Enfield .303, probably even more than the 1903 lol

Realisticaly speaking kar98 has a higher caliber than the mosin and has a smooter bolt to operate as we see in the game the character is struggling with the bolt of the mosin 12:44. Btw would like to see you find an svd it would work faster for you in my opinion still your choice tho

Baricade ALL windows. Zombies will stop spawning inside then. Also, you can make some improvised boxes and put them in your car. You'll get soooo much MORE inventory space. You can also lock those boxes so even if someone breaks into your car, they'll have to go through another lock to get into your goodies. LOCK YOUR GARAGE AS WELL. Remember, there are two doors on it. That new mechanics they added is the antilockpick device which zapps the thief. Someone pointed out right that it might be a good idea to put a lock even on the door upstairs to make something like an air lock. Remember, the door can be shot through especially with higher caliber weapons so if someone would be trapped in and trying to get to you by lockpicking, you know what to do. Another thing is, don't forget to build yourself a bed inside so u can spawn there. :D OMG, can I play with you pleaaaase??
