From a veteran still struggling to come home mentally, what has helped a lot is to get in the habit of resting in the Lord regularly, and trusting that I have no clue what tomorrow will bring - and that's perfectly okay. He wants us all to get to the point where we no longer worry about what tomorrow brings. Tomorrow has its own worries... let the Lord handle that. Just work in the moment with what you've been blessed with and do His good work where you can. Because believe me, the Lord God Almighty made the very air we breathe, the very grounds we stand on, and placed each and every one of the countless trillions of stars by hand in the night sky for us to see (which I know sometimes get hidden by Life's storms). I'm fully confident the One who made all of that can handle whatever little problems are happening in my life. Warm wishes, everyone. Keep praying for me, please.

Pray you are safe as well as others. I will always keep you uplifted in prayer to be home safe and with a sound countenance. Be of good courage and fear not, doubt not for the Lord God is with you, He has never left you nor forsake you. Previously, I had had many restless nights due to starting school again, worrying about exams, and all of that. I was so afraid that I started to stray from God and lose hope. One night I felt extra restless and deeply afraid. So, I decided to open up my bible and read the book, Mark. Usually, it's hard for me to finish a chapter, but I read 7 with ease. After this, it was like when Jesus calmed the waters! I was totally calm and was able to sleep really peacefully that night. Hallelujah!
