Eternal God, thank You for not giving us more than we can handle. You are faithful to deliver us from every trap or snare that the enemy tries to put in our way. You will not allow us to be tempted beyond more than we can bear but when we are tempted , You will provide a way out so that we can endure it. By Your Holy Spirit, give us the strength and perseverance to overcome our obstacles. Help us to keep our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. All things are possible with You on our side. Thank You Lord for the victory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Yes, that's me, a born-again Christian with bipolar whose serious depression episodes of several months has caused me to return to escapism to and staying up all night and listening to audible thrillers and now finds it impossible to clean. Always believed 2 Timothy 1:7 all mature Believers, but now think it's probably just for those with the gift teaching, or moms and grandmothers teaching kids. I do have a gift of teaching with 2 other gifts but usually have applied it with one-on-one conversations with those whom God puts before me. So, can I apply this to me? Lord almighty, thank you for your migthy interventions in our lives, thank you for leading us to still waters, thank you give meaning to all we do and are, thank you in you we are strong! In accordance with this word and 2 timothy 1:7, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind one to full self-discipline over one's thougts, emotions and actions while binding to hell lacking full self-discipline in my life, the lives of my family, friends , colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell being unequally yoked and having any common share with those lacking full self-discipline over one's thoughts, emotions and actions, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!
