Im a graffiti artist that grew up in Watsonville California which is in the Monterey bay in-between Salinas and Santa Cruz and the neighborhood i grew up in was a banging hood. I fell in love with graffiti in 83' when i saw beat street, i remember the first drawing i ever did was right after the movie ended. Ive got an entire story from that point forward which has to much to it to put here. If interested in hearing my story bro id love to chop it up with you and break it down! I went to LA in the early 90s bombed the Levits building where hex and slick battled. Bombed the Belmont tunnel, hit up the walls at Venice, bombed psycho city in Frisco man im telling you while everyone else i knew was banging and shit i was out bombing or at home drawing getting ready to bomb. Im 51 now and im a professional tattoo artist but i still draw and paint still with the same crew of writers i grew up with and am still alive and not in prison directly because graffiti saved my life.
