You are most definitely not alone. Lol...this is so true...to the point where I can honestly say that precisely those 2 books have made the greatest positive impact on my life and the outlook that I have upon it. I don't know if I could ever thank Michael Singer and Eckhart Tolle enough for their teachings.

@D_Isness I fend myself coming back to them and over and over. Learn some new stuff, apply it to my base knowledge and integrate my teachings. Have you heard of Dr. Robert Gilbert? He has some deep wisdom, but different type. He has also helped me so much. Rosocrucianism and the essential practices. If interested, check out his interview with Andre Duqman. I think you could gain a lot as well. Much love to you ❤️

This podcast changed my life, the simple way of explaining human psyche and practical tips to deal with it, really resonated with me right after an ancestral plant medicine ceremony. To me easy to get there but hard to maintain.. or maybe not.. maybe it will stick and I may step into a new era.. Very exciting.. Light and darkness to all. Pure love and compassion.

In my work as a shamanic healer and I have studied this material as well as Eckhart Tolle’s books, I can confidently say it isn’t that easy to just let go and be present. It’s a beautiful idea but so much healing may have to happen for an individual before they reach that space of enlightenment. Our soul chooses the suffering we experience due to ancestral karma, our own soul karma or for other spiritual reasons. When we are experiencing a life where we have no self-love, does being present bypass this? In the moment to moment it can but once you enter into a relationship with someone else, the primary wounds that ruptured the relationship you had with yourself flood the emotional, mental & energy bodies hijacking an individual. Try be present when you are emotionally triggered it is very difficult. Furthermore, as a result of trauma, we can become fragmented into many different parts in multiple different dimensions. These parts desire to be brought into the light but they are often full of fear, doubt and shame and they create a lot of anxiety and suffering 🙏🏽

You always share such thoughtful and positive insights, and I truly appreciate that. However, I feel that sometimes the examples you use are a bit too simple and basic, especially when it comes to dealing with deeper struggles. For instance, facing physical pain or illness can be far more complex than handling something like rain in ur BD or red traffic light ... Physical challenges often come with fear and stress, which can turn into their own battles. It would be really helpful if you could explore how to manage those deeper struggles too, as they can be the hardest to overcome while trying to stay mindful." I m so greatful for everything you say that s why i m.asking for guidances for challenging times!!! Thank you!

It’s wild that as a paradigm shift is actually happening-that change creates fear of death for the ego + add algorithms via social media/trauma food > the challenge. Doubling down on identity creating more friction with an increased need to act nice/pop off or awaken = fasting from clutter on every level

Great advices as always. However, is preference also tided to motivation? A great force for change. My understanding is attachment or resistance which comes with preference that caused most of the suffering.

Yes, but I also blame myself for poor choices that I made. I chose most of those adverse experiences or set it up to happen. This free will is what I'm struggling with.

How to let go though? I have hate, anger,a nd resentment and I don't know how to let it go.
@dayvenewman
@dayvenewman 27 күн бұрын
PS Short version: think of letting go physically at least first, whenever you start to feel distressed. That's it..and visually imagine the pain, stress, nightmares etc being felt, then let loose like the flexing then releasing the muscle. Practice positive reframing A Lot, and conscious gratitude, even if you don't feel like it, these are also basically habits.

you are aware of it which is awesome. Sit in a quiet room alone. Watch what emotions are stuck inside of you that wants to be released. write, scream, shout, talk it out, move, shake... do what you need to do to get it out of you so you can understand it and see it. then you can start releasing it:)

These suggestions are right on target. Years and years ago I found myself in the same situation and couldn't seem to let go of a lot of negative feelings, mostly centered around fear and anger. It came to me that I should put these feelings in a box. So that's what I imagined doing. If you can imagine your negative feelings as THINGS, you can also imagine rounding them up and locking them away somewhere. I still use this today when I need to get out of a dark mood. I hope you find it works for you, too.

So you need to do yoga? I hate yoga. I can’t do it. My body is not flexible and I’m in my 70s. I get what you’re saying, though, and it makes sense. How about practical ABCs once you are in the midst of a suffering cycle? Yoga? How about painting, walking, dancing. . .

Wow… at 46 min I am still listening to the problem. All I hear that has a hint of the solution is what not to do. Why is this so helpful to people? I get the concept, but this is insinuating that changing thoughts is an easy decision one need only make. The simplicity suggested here is misleading, in my experience.
@ayisha782
@ayisha782 9 күн бұрын
Because knowing what not to do, naturally brings about the release, it’s our constant psychological “doing” that represses garbage. when we try not to repress, you might find that you end doing exactly that because the human psyche up until now is designed to protect itself. he is suggesting the opposite, relax through everything. and it’s not easy or blissful, it is as painful as it was when your mind decided to store it but freedom is priceless.
