“The only thing you’re renouncing is your inability to handle what’s there” “I want to be free from this cloud of my personal self so that I can see beyond directly into the Sun.” “You wake up in the morning, regardless of what you’re feeling, it doesn’t matter; and you say ‘The day is going to unfold, that’s a guarantee, what I am going to use this day for… is handling what happens. That’s my only job today” Can I handle what happens? Can I handle what my mind says about what happens? Can I handle how my heart feels about what my mind says about what happens? 😆 Brilliance!!! Radiance!!! Blessings fam!

He is a genuine Master, one of a kind. To the ones looking for a living Guru, he might be their only choice. Still inhabiting a mortal vessel, exemplifies the essence of a jivanmukta, akin to those revered figures we have encountered within the sacred scriptures. Expressing gratitude towards such an enlightened being entails not merely words of appreciation but the continual practice of his teachings in every fleeting moment of our lives.

No one explained so clearly on how to do! Everyone says you should be like this and that, but it's in the simple things on how you do that and practice which makes a huge difference. I'm so grateful for this episode that I was even able to listen and comprehend what he was saying tells that I'm in the right path and this divine guidance is a gift for everyone in this path. Thank you Micheal for this beautiful words. 💜

I have read every book of Michael's at least once, the 8 part series, pretty much all of the podcasts, and I start thinking I have it down, it starts to feel so repetitive (not a criticism, the fact that he can still give his 2-3 or whatever it is weekly talks on what in the end is a fairly simple message is amazing) but I always end up coming back. Because wow why is it so difficult to get this 'simple, repetitive' message through my thick skull well enough to actually integrate it into my daily life? The advice beginning around :45 min is what I needed today. How to approach every day...asking myself if I can handle the day. And actually looking forward to whatever it might bring...I can do this! I really can, when brought down to this simple perspective vs. my mountain of worries, I really can!. I went to bed last night so so discouraged, trying to figure out how to keep myself from just giving up. Thank you Michael for the messages that I find myself coming back after how many times I think that I've understood and can move on. But I'm not sure what it is I'm thinking I can move on to. I mean, what more do I need than everlasting bliss? Which only from Michael, I can almost believe it's actually, just maybe, someday possible. I'm looking at today with a smile at 6 am which I didn't feel would have been possible yesterday. Thank you. 😂😂❤

It is the pursuit of desire that gives life one’s meaning. Not the achievement, but the pursuit without it, we would have no reason to get out of bed in the morning. And the avoidance of pain or fear serves as a guideline in that pursuit . Nothing more, nothing less.

This just popped up in my timeline as I was listening! "You will recognize that you have returned to your natural state by a complete absence of all desire and fear. After all, at the root of all desire and fear is the feeling of not being what you are Just as a dislocated joint pains only as long as it is out of shape, and is forgotten as soon as it is set right, so is all self-concern a symptom of mental distortion which disappears as soon as one is in the normal state." ~ Nisargadatta

Now I have listened to Mickey many times for the past months. And these are the most important learnings I have ever had . For around 20 years ago I was at the place of wholeness, love , joy , light for around 5 minutes. At last I have found a person who can guide me, so I this time can stay there, when I will be a part of the wholeness, love, wisdom, oneness, because I have learned how to stay centered in the seat of conciseness and relax and release when needed.

Looks like your now ex wife wasn’t on the same vibrational pattern as you bro. Wasn’t so beautiful in her heart. Look within yourself and you might see deep insecurities that maybe you were using her? And this marriage to help you heal these insecurities?

Do understand why she left you.?
@geauxtime Жыл бұрын
Stop trying to get rid of your thoughts about her. Just don't get caught up in them. Same with the feelings. Notice and allow them without identifying with them. You are not your thoughts, feelings, or body. Release your feelings by focusing on and letting go of your resistance to having them- but on a physical level, the sensations in your body. Every time your thoughts and emotions disturb you, RELAX. You will get through this! Meditation will speed up the process.
