I guess this wouldn't matter now being that it's been nearly 6 years ago and nobody did anything about it, but why is it that you can hear music for the first few seconds but the audio for the people speaking is messed up? We can't even hear this person's story, so what's the point of keeping this up?? I know this is all from government-based services, but whomever is responsible for putting up videos or whatever else online could at least take the poor quality video down and reupload another version of this interview that actually works.

I watched the video on my computer and I was able to hear everything. Very helpful and important what the girl is saying. The Self direction service or program it's like a miracle, very helpful provided by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

@aidasavinon9079 I forgot about this, being that it was a year ago. I just watched the video again, and the audio is much better. I don't know what happened exactly when I first watched this, but I had trouble hearing what everyone was saying, according to my comment from last year. I'm guessing I even put my phone on max volume too, but I don't remember....... I know it couldn't have been just me because someone also mentioned about the sound quality below my original comment. Oh, well. It works now as far as I can tell from my side. It seemed like this was very helpful for her. I'm assuming this is for those who can't work within traditional employment or be self-employed for whatever reason that involves their disability.
