Never once in any of your videos you ever mentioned that buying term insurance policies in India comes with a criteria of having minimum annual income of Rs 5 lacs and for some companies its as high as 7.5 lacs. After watching your videos I realized the importance of having a term life insurance and there is no company left where I have not approached for buying a term insurance both on online and offline platform but I was rejected on every single one of them, only few companies would offer for a maximum life cover of 3-5 lacs. This is blatant discrimination by insurance sector towards middle class of the country as about 75% of salaried class in India have below 5 lacs income which includes majority of your viewers too. I feel sad now that you have not considered giving such important information to your viewers. Term insurance is only for the rich in India.

Just a request make a poll and ask people how easily they claim and got their Term Insurance money. Just request from your loyal viewer and if possible visit once an insurance office for claiming Term Insurance. According to you just doing Term Insurance, family is financially safe. and If something happened Insurance company will give all the money just filling a claim form. I follow you and agree you in many things but you have no idea the actual claim scenario in the office for Term Insurance. Your analysis is based on the data available but the actual scenario is horrible. If you visit once hope your view will change a bit about Term Insurance. Thanks.

Never drop your current term insurance. You need to get in touch with your current insurance company, in some cases they allow you to increase the sum assured (after checking your eligibility as per income that will increase the premium as well). Otherwise you need to buy a separate term plan for additional sum assured.

It depends Whether you are in central govt or state govt. All center govt employees have cashless facility... But only few states provide cashless facility...... in that case you have to submit bills to DEPARTMENT and it may take 2-6 months to get money back.. If you don't have cashless facility then you should always have a second health insurance for yourself atleast

No term plan is required if a person is not earning, even insurance company doesn't have any good reason to provide term plan to a non earning person. On the other hand in order to purchase 1cr term plan, that person's annual income must be around 5lac.

@@tarunnaharia ok. So how many 20 year olds start earning 5 lakhs per annum from day 1. Also coverage given is under 20 times of the annual net income (After deduction) so the annual income has to be even more if one accounts 80C and other eligible deductions. The gist of the matter is this that all these are theoretical calculations and practically a very small number of 18-23 years olds are actually eligible to lock in those low premiums & 1 cr coverage.
