There is two option in which feild you want to give exam and which field you want to study in Japan so you can give mext in commerce as you are a commerce study and you choose technology as a feild of study after getting scholarship the level of commerce will be of 11th and 12th math is not compoulsary commerce mein jitni maths hai utni hi maths aayegi science wala nhi ayega agar tum commerce ke through doge toh and you don't have to learn Japanese right now if you'll get scholarship you can learn Japanese in Japan through mext one year language program but you should be fluent in English you have to give toefl Or elts these two are english proficiency exam you can give any one I would suggest give toefl it would be easy in comparison to elts and you have submit toefl results with other documents when you will apply for it and you can learn Japanese in Japan as is said and you can apply for mext undergraduate program after you get your 12 th results
