Hello , I had a question , I just checked the Japan Embassy India website and the document section for MEXT undergrad. It says , we have to submit Original Academic transcripts (marksheets of 9,10,11,12). But it also says , submitted documents will not be returned, so how should I move forward, the original Class 10 and 12 marksheets are necessary for all the other Applications and Identification, If I don't get selected then how will I get my Marksheets back ? Did you submit it too ? Isn't it necessary to have them with you in India...?

I today submitted my documents. 75% average in 11 and 12 was needed to be eligible but I got 71% in 11 and I think I will get around 85% in 12 finals which can make it eligible but 12 finals results is not out yet so I only send them 11 results and said I am hoping for 85% in 12 and will send the results as soon as it is out but my results wont come before written exam. So what do you think might happen. I got 90% in 10, I have shown some extracurricular activities and achievement though. Will I not get selected?? Be honest

Hold on I thought your 12th grade score was the only necessary one as in the final year, do they actually assess your entire high school? So if you have like an average overall percent in 9th 10th and 11th but you did good in 12th do we actually have a chance to be considered?? @@DobyTheElf every college you go to asks for your 12th grades since thats your final year as far I know 10th grades are like a complimentry thing which is one of the many reasons I didn't try that hard during 10th or 11th but I have every intention to work hard for my final year tho! but if mext prioritizes all 4 highschool grades I'm screwed

I’m going to start my grade 12th this year like, so I asked many KZbinrs that if I had 9th 10th and 11th ka average result and I do best in my 12th result, which is like 90% or smthng like that, are there chances that I’ll get rejected bc of my past years records (9, 10, 11) so they told me, nah just focus on your 12th, baaki MEXT walon ko, 9,10,11 and 12 mein Minimum 65% chahiye hote hain. Don’t worry! But Haan one advice i wanna give you is, jab apna saara documents wagera submit karna to apne sports wagera ke achievement bhi laga Dena to issey achha impression banega, matlab sports hi compulsory nahi hai, baaki jo bhi tumhare achievements hain wo sab chalenge, I hope smjh mein aa gaya hoga.

You can apply. Just get the certificate of prospective graduation and get it stamped by the school. If you get the scholarship, as soon as your 12th gets over you can go to japan
