Choosing to Go Flat After Double Mastectomy

In this video I'm sharing about my decision to go flat, or get aesthetic flat closure after mastectomy. It's been a seven month process between deciding to get my first mastectomy and now, as I'm about to get my second one (actually, this was just the first delay out of many--I didn't end up getting my second mastectomy until the summertime). Surgeons aren't always supportive of flat closure--mine weren't the first time, so I'm also getting a revision on the first side. I'm hoping this will be my last breast surgery. I can't wait to see what it looks like!
