He could have if he wanted to, but he probably didn’t want to offend anyone by saying the title like in a stereotypical karate or martial arts shout, hence why he went with chicken noises instead. That’s kind of the problem with today’s society and several pieces of media from the past. It doesn’t matter whether it’s video games, movies, television shows (real or cartoon), or even literature, there’ll always be those select few people who will always try to find something offensive in everything and try to get something or someone cancelled and ruin the fun for literally everyone else.
