(There are dumb subtitles if u wanna look at it) My performance is ok I guess. Quite a few goofy mistakes, but I can't really fix it cause it was a live performance. Expression is mid at best but the piece is quite light and peaceful so not much I could add. My inspirations were Paderewski and Geniušas.

very good phrases and coloratura, really musical , cant get better than this, in my opinion even better than ivo pogorelich, the character and style of the epoch are spot on , characteristical chopinesque rubato is perfect, and to think this was a live performance is beyond insanity, the real pity is that modern day piano playing is overfocused on technique and virtuosity, to me this performance is chopin competition worthy , if only todays standards werent meaninglessly distorted... mistakes are insignificant

Wow, that's really high praise! Better than Pogorelich! Thanks, man! *Edit, to add to what you said, I agree modern standards are very warped. Lots of emphasis on raw technique versus expression. Most of the op 25 no 6 interpretations I really did not enjoy because they were very fast and disregarded many of the beautiful passages in the work. The piece is marked Allegro, not Presto or Prestissimo, for a reason.

@@AS_Piano no problem mate, just my humble opinion... what are your main inspirations? Please upload more Chopin, also how old are you? Are you attending an academy for piano?

@@Scriabinenthusiast 1. I don't really have any main inspirations; I see and do what I like and have fun with it. 2. Maybe I'll see how much of Scherzo no 3 I remember; I learned it 2 years ago. I can possibly upload the coda somewhat soon. I am not a huge Chopin guy, so I have no plans to learn any Chopin in the near future(maybe some pieces that require one day/two days of learning). I am currently learning one piece(mvm) by Medtner and one by Liszt, but those are very hard and will take time. 3. I don't want to reveal my exact age, but I'm in high school. 4. I'm just taking classes with a teacher, which is technically part of a music school, but it's not a massive academy or anything.

@@AS_Piano omg!!! I usually do the same, improvise the spirit of the piece, sometimes i listen to other interprerations, but i believe authenticity is the key and you have it, sorry if i may appear pushy now but i believe that you are really talented and avanced for high school age!! Because ive literally had my entrance exam for state academy 6 days ago, i played chopins etude op 25 no 10, beethovens pathetique and bach prelude and fugue in g sharp wtc 1, im 19 and ill be starting academy this year so please take my words as something meaningful ,i highly believe that you are talented and can be a pianist if you dedicate your life to it, you have the sacred fire , the music that keeps people awake at night wondering about your music making just as I am now.. i dont know what your aspirations in life are but it would be a tragedy for someone like you to not continue playing the piano and improving further!! Youre literally a 19th century romantic spirit pianist

@@Scriabinenthusiast Thank you for the inspiring words. I've got other career aspirations, so I probably can't pursue the piano very seriously beyond the age of 25 or so, but I won't stop playing for sure.
