驚いた！ 現代にこんなに素晴らしいショパンの演奏があるとは知りませんでした。 それは、私が今まで聴いたどの偉大なピアニストの協奏曲第2番よりも、この音楽の真実に近づいています。 いつも同じ方法でくっつかない装飾音。 フレーズの方向。 音色の艶。 表現の優雅さ。 特に第3楽章のリズムは抜群です。 オーケストラの音もとても良いです。

On n'a pas tous les jours la possibilité d'entendre ce concerto pourtant tellement joué, interprété de cette façon : avec à la fois beaucoup de modestie par rapport à l'orchestre, et d'une façon qui ne féminise pas l'oeuvre, comme trop souvent, et surtout exécutée sans chef d'orchestre ! .Voilà là ici la preuve de la capacité de cet immense pianiste de savoir s'intégrer à l'orchestre.

Un de mes morceaux préférés que j'écoute en boucle par Maria Jao Pires depuis des années et que je savoure avec autant de bonheur depuis 20 ans. Personne dans mon cœur ni dans mes tympans n’avaient réussi à me faire ressentir autant de frissons en écoutant cette merveilleuse composition. C'est une belle découverte. Même si....je n'ai pas le même frisson ici, la technique est indéniable
