Back in the late 1960s on the way to Possum Kingdom lake we passed a stage field where helicopter training was happening. It was amazing watching all the little orange Hughes 300 helicopters buzzing around. We used to see Army personnel off duty at the lake on weekends. They were always laughing and having a great time like we were.
