I’m really enjoying having an inverter for making baled hay. Really gentle and doesn’t turn the windrow into a rope like a wheel rake loves to do. Just never been a fan of tedders either lol

Ugh that sucks about the Gehl breaking on you like that. Them 970s LOVE to do that.! Seen that happen twice on different neighbor’s boxes. Do you have the wood block tensioner underneath or on top pushing down on the chain? Dad said when working on ours guys always thought it was suppose to be on top pushing down but it’s suppose to be underneath pushing up on the chain.

Yep I've had that chain come off before. That's exactly what was going on, that wood block was on the wrong side. Hopefully that'll be the end of that problem. Thanks

How old is your chopper and does your dad do any milking or just you and how are you doing with your Norwegian red breeding doing and how many cows are you milking and how long does it take you

I think the chopper is a late 70's model. Dad doesn't do any milking, the cows are mine, and he runs the crop ground yet. Milking 80, usually takes about 3 hours start to finish. I like the Norwegian cattle so far 👍. Thanks for watching

I like to use the hydro to unload if I've got someone bringing wagons out of the field. I don't like pulling wagons out of the fields with the hydro because we've got alot of hills,I baby that tractor as much as I can
