Your best bet is to use something Obscure, or dice the sample with a scalpel, filter it

Video Request: How to playback a Sample while morphing the sound of a live performed instrument, play to the sample. And just hear the morph hybrid sound. I.E. harmonica sample tweeked with live synth sound. So final sound is like nether instrument.
