Renato, brigadeiro is different from bonbon, as it is creamy. Brigadeiro is made with condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter. You mix the 3 ingredients and bring to a light boil until the condensed milk caramelizes, then you let it cool for it to get more stiff, make little balls and cover with chocolate sprinkles. Brigadeiro is very easy to make and super tasty, hence why it is so popular in Brazil. The first thing kids learn how to cook in Brazil is usually brigadeiro.
