I'm not going to lie, suicide has crossed my mind many times. I've tried to do it many more times but I always fail. But this song, it helped me. No, I'm not "fixed" and I probably never will be but I am trying to get help. I tried to talk to my family before but all they did was ask me if I had cut before. Yes, I have. Yes, I know I shouldn't have. But to me, I was addicted to cutting. Cutting was my only release and I needed to do it or I would not be able to function. This song helps remind me that there is another choice than what people call the easy way out. It wouldn't be easy at all though, it would kill other people. The boy that loves me wouldn't be able to live with himself if I did it. Trust me, someone loves you too. And they wouldn't be able to live if you did it either. No one should have to deal with this alone. But, I know how it feels to be alone even when you're surrounded by people, I've been there. But someone cares. It may not be your parents, or your friends, but someone cares. Someone is there for you; you just have to look for them. People will hate you and people will love you but you have to be able to see the people that love you for you. You need the people that love you even with your scars and your past. Believe it or not but you need the people that hate you, too. I know, it sounds stupid. I thought that too, but it's not. Listen, if you actually read all of this (thanks, by the way) then you must know what I'm talking about; or you know someone who does. Either way, you're not alone. People are here for you❤ stay strong I want to say thank you to everyone who read this and commented. All I’ve ever wanted was to help people and reading your guys comments gives me pride. I hate it when people don’t see your pain and your sadness and your suffering but they see all your mistakes. I hate it how they constantly remind you of those mistakes making you ask yourself every day ‘why do I always fuck things up’. I hate how I have to lie to everyone saying I’m fine and I’m happy. I hate how I’ve gotten so good at lying that no one questions it even when it’s obvious that I’m not. I hate it how I’ve taught myself to cry silently so I don’t wake up my family when I cry myself to sleep. I hate myself.
