@kaila-leisparks6593 Exactly, the amount of people with superiority complexes I've seen that would give their favourite groups every title imaginable and how they're the best and most talented, hardworking, original, authentic, passionate, humble, genuine, etc. group is honestly shocking. Of course, your favourite group will be the best for you, especially if you only like one group, but to pretend like your opinion is a fact and disrespecting and discrediting every other group and artist without even giving them a chance just to make your own look better and superior is ridiculous. I'm a multistan as well and while I know that a lot of groups in Kpop are very synchronised and great dancers, no one does it like Seventeen, especially considering that they have so many members and all of them have completely different dance backgrounds and yet every single one of them could very easily be a main dancer and each of them adds their own unique flavour and details into their choreographies without overshadoweding anyone in the process, not to mention being so synchronised despite their height differences as well.

@@Kalakeiko couldn’t have said it better! I just don’t think it’s fair for some kpop Stans to compare groups when each group is so talented and unique in their own way. As a multi-stan I love the music diversity in every group I listen to. The concepts of every group is different and so refreshing and then the diversity of the members are super cool!

Choi Youngjoon is their choreographer. That man is a fucking legend. He choreographs most of their songs, as well as damn near half the kpop industry's dances. He was also a mentor on Produce48 and Boys Planet (survival shows where trainees fight to become part of the next temporary group), where he helped the contestants (trainees, idols-to-be) with their dancing, monitored them and so on.

They even made their lead vocalist rap in this song at 0:54 and they once sent their main dancer to a singing competition and all the rapers in Seventeen love balled and they usually do covers of their vocal unit's songs like "I Can't Run Away - Hiphop Team". SEVENTEEN are the most well-rounded group I've ever seen 🔥

No, they dont memorize it in a week. They memorize and practice in 3-5 hours only. They started their trainee days rough and have been disciplined and have great teamwork which they can easily practice choreo fast and still be sync at the same.
