I'd just gnaw my way through that chorizo before it even made it to the pot. Mmmmm... chorizo... Also, the social distancing/quarantine thing... I love it! Whenever I need to go to the shops, I no longer get people with their noses in a smart phone bumping in to me and each other. I have my personal space back, there is so much less traffic and it's so much quieter where I live. This is awesome. If it wasn't for the actual REASON for all of this, I'd love to keep it indefinitely.

It's great to snack on isn't it haha. Glad you're keeping safe Alf mate. I still have to work. Most customers have been great but we've had a lot of abuse and threats. Used to it now 😂🤷♂️

@@Adam_Garratt It seems that some f@*!wits can't help themselves abusing others, despite depending on the very people they abuse. It begs the question "How safe will we be from these people if the sh!t REALLY hits the fan?" Keep up the good work Adam, looking forward to the next episode :)

Oh Adam, you finally made a recipe I have had before, risotto, being Italian, I grew up eating this. This is great on a cold day. I have two different recipes for risotto, one the peasant simple version, from my grandmother, and other a much more doctored up version of it. Would you like to see these recipes?

WOW! Rich, Creamy looking dish, thank you Adam. You said that was Spanish chorizo right? The only kind I can find in California is the kind that is soft & melts, I think it’s Portuguese but I could be wrong. I can’t find the “hard” Chorizo like you used. 🤬 Stay safe my friend, this SHOULD be coming to an end soon. Some states here are starting to open up for business, so far NOT my state of California tho. #PeaceHealthLoveFromTheUS

Heck yeah nice and creamy 💕😋👍Adam I just saw a week night dinner risotto done on a milk street program (t.v. Show) after visiting trattorias in italy and they blew the method of what you did out the water and they filled the pot and stirred it now and then and did other things while it cooked so who knew 😯 I'll see if there is a link to it.
