I think that incident of killing chor was held in sattari in ancient times must have created a huge impact at that time. That is the reason many other villages also perform this ritual but have some variations. The documentary was really good. Great work.

Btw if you want to record such rare festivities, I can help you out with this. In sangli district there's a town where it's been more than 1000-1200years this ritual is there which is called "Bhavai" and goes on for almost a month..which is basically a festival of ambabai devi. This festival is around june Just in case you feel like recording I can help you out with all stuff . Also this video was also a great stuff... Keep going, keep growing ❤
