This is super weird this video was recommended to me- I used to be a model in my teens 20s and then got into fitness modeling in my 30s. I’m not in my 40s and I feel I have spiraled outta control, my dog passed away and she was my soul dog… this being said- I’ve sorta come to understand looks aren’t everything and how superficial it is to obsess over something that really doesn’t mean anything, it doesn’t change who you are. This being said, I wasn’t really caring all that much about things of my past- makeup hair etc.. a year passed. And then one day I felt like I could maybe face the world again and tuck away some of this depression and hurt from losing my dog. So I decided I’d maybe do my hair and makeup just once to feel like my old self again for once. Well, when I was putting on my makeup, I noticed my eyes were no longer dark brown. My eyes are now all green with a small brown ring. Like central heterochromia suddenly. WHAT!? And then I noticed my nose has shifted too. I tried to tell myself I’m just getting older. Then I find this video…But I mean your eyes don’t change color!

My heart is often broken, but there is a silver lining. I have purpose and a reason to live, but feel unfulfilled as it is for others, not for myself. (Which I AM happy that I can be therefor them where no one else would.) I can make this sacrifice for something greater than myself, but I miss being able to be myself...and it was so short of an opportunity as it was.
