I cried because it exactly what happened to me I was 22 I didn’t know anything about spirituality. I work at hospital and I saw young men in my age drowned in the sea and died. I had mine in my early 20's. Thru forced trauma, awakened something inside me. I went thru a break down but came out thru a break thru. It changed me spiritually. Now im going thru another awakening.... this one is very different from the 1st. Not brought on by trauma. I have lived my life with an punce of stoisism after my 1st awakening. I've walked this life in humility without shame. Reconnecting to the source of all, Love unconditional.

Another timely video! Recently I increased the duration of my daily meditation but have been troubled by certain recurring thoughts...and unusually, dreams that leave me feeling a little dejected when I awake. The dreams situation is very unusual as I'm typically blessed with vivid and fun or interesting ones, sometimes several a night. I decided to incorporate some self-hypnosis and shadow work in to my daily routine...I'd go under and then talk to all of the different aspects of me...saying how much I appreciated and loved them, whether they be light or shadow...and telling them we'll always, collectively, work towards our health, happiness and growth...I also invited those parts of me that wished to, to explain in dreams what was on their minds...so that I could understand their needs and worries. This is working beautifully and I've been given a dream that explains some things perfectly and was something I was able to act upon. The recurring thoughts are all but gone and the sad dreams are totally gone. I plan to continue this practice daily so that all parts of my psyche know they're loved and accepted. Love to all! Xx
