I either ignore it if it's in passing and my silence speaks volumes, or I call them out on it. We all have choices, and if someone is not choosing to exercise basic human respect, that's their issue... not mine. I may be chosen, but I'm human, and I will not allow myself to be a doormat for those who choose not to do the work.
