I've always been a happy guy, try to always see the good in others and treat others well. I've always been into fitness from military career and watch what I eat, usually once a day. I still run and lift weights 5 days a week. When I love,I love deeply. Have friends all over the world. Always try to help others and lend encouragement. Love G-d, his creation, the animals and life. Another chosen one here. In my mid forties no gray hair, no balding, and I’m still the same skinny pencil I was in high school. In fact I weigh about 8 pounds less than I did in high school. I’m often told I look like someone around 28 years old. I even occasionally get asked for ID still when purchasing alcohol and not because it’s one of those we ID everybody because it’s the store’s policy. Many older cashiers will look shocked after seeing my ID. I think one big secret that serves you when it comes to radiating younger energy is to always try to engage yourself in creative activities. I play several musical instruments and I write and record songs. I also try to paint (rather poorly), but it’s very calming. You also need to stay active. And I don’t mean hardcore working out exercises. I mean do things like take the stairs instead of a lift/elevator. Or instead of always trying to find the closest parking spot to a store park further away and walk. Little activities like I just mentioned add up in a big way. You can especially notice it now that most smartphones are equipped with pedometer style health apps. Also the old saying if you don’t use it you loose it. I’ve seen this happen in real time to my mid 70’s parents. When my mother retired she pretty much became a Netflix bing watching couch potato. She now has a very difficult time doing anything physical. My 3 years older than her father on the other hand is still very active. He will do house projects like being up on a ladder swinging a hammer in his mid 70’s. He carries himself like he is still 50. Sadly not my mother. Again if you don’t use it you loose it.

Im 70, never got to have a mate, and suffered much in my tortured life alone,but i look like i am i my 50s. But, i suffer depression and other mental ills, and highly sensitive person. I have often been told I look younger than I am. Growing up I was older looking just because I was really tall(I am 35 and 6' 5"), but around 26-27 I started getting comments a lot from people saying I looked closer to 22. Just recently I had a co-worker randomly ask me how old I was and I asked him, "How old do you think I am?" He said I looked 24-25, oh boy I was shocked and flattered lol. I then had another co-worker ask me a few days later and had mentioned my previous coworkers question as well. She said the same thing! She thought I was 24-25! I always just tell people "This is what happens when you eat properly, exercise, and don't have any kids/major stress in your life." I am a Pisces so I have always just gone with the flow of life. (Off topic but just to clarify: I'm not saying I hate kids, but let's be real kids are stressful lol)

You ever notice how bad things do happen around you more say than other people. Stuff like, people running stop lights, school bus stops, car wrecks, etc. I just notice things.
