My secret is: 1) I never smoked. 2) I have been vegetarian since age 15. 3) I don't eat junk food, fast food or or packaged foods 4) I rarely drink alcohol. 5) I get 8 hours of sleep each night. 6) I do yoga each day.

Now at 73 I know who I am, and I live a happy life. All those negative remarks and comments which I had to endure in my young age I have overcome. All that had nothing to do with ME, but only with the person who said such stupid, things. I have always followed my own path, have been and still am curious for life. By expanding my horizon, travelling and meeting people of different cultures I learned a lot. I became a mother at 38 and 40, which was a beautiful experience for me. I have been living a fulfilled life so far and intend to go on this way until I am called to our heavenly realm where I will meet again many dear friends, who already left this earthly ground.

I believe it is the positive spiritual energy that I feel very strongly in my body, a sort of light that guides my actions. I’m 62 and was told the other day that I look 37. No one ever believes me when I say my actual age. I believe having a thankful attitude is one key, but the other key is to not get too worried about the stressors of this life and just trust God. Never look at the glass as being half empty. If we have everything we need the glass is always more than half full. Put your game face on and plant a smile on your face with interactions with other people in the world. Be kinder than necessary because everyone we meet is fighting some kind of battle. Blessings everyone!🥰

Thank you for an informative content. I know I am an old soul and one of the things I value most in life is my peace. I have chosen not worry my soul with all the glitter and glamour of this world. I am living the life of a hermit after divorcing my unfaithful wife but I am grateful for the time we spent together and quite ironically, I am even gratefully for the actions she did against me because you know what! She broke my heart into a million pieces, and that was what I actually needed to awake as a soul and what a wonderful gift this turned out to be. In my advanced age I do not only look younger, I am energetic and working and earning my living even far better than when I was a full time employee, this after more than five years after official retirement. I am indeed grateful to the universe and the divine. My siblings are all younger than me but they all suffer from the process of ageing, chronic diseases, pains and all manner of ill health.

We have a carnival every fall near me. At a booth, a middle aged man takes guesses at your age, birthday, weight etc. you choose one for him to guess. This year I tried my age. He prides himself on always being very close to his guess. Let’s just say, I won the large prize. He was so far off from his guess! He said at least 25 years younger than my age! ❤ I relate to most if not all of the attributes of this video ❤

I've told my wife I feel I've been here before and that she and I knew each other in another life. I stopped using crack cocaine and alcohol FOR GOOD 1year, 9 months and 30 days ago. When I reconnected with God within me, I began to feel a shift in my consciousness and my thought process. Very enlightening, I concur fully with this theory & the comments. I'm 74 , no one believes me when I tell them my age. I get this all the time. Now I know why. This has really resonated with me. I never think of age. I reach out to people every day & the strange thing is they reach out to me. Strangers in shops, restaurants, bus stops. I listen to their problems, impart any useful wisdom I have gathered. Have a laugh people engage, & we all feel better. I try & have time for people. I appreciate we all live in fast moving life spin & it's not easy. I enjoy chatting to ppl. Maybe that's the secret all along. Never thought of it that way. Thank you.

I'm 71, people are always surprised to discover how old I am and say "no way". A neighbor recently asked me if I was ( a neighbors) grand daughter! I believe a very big key to living always young, is to simply (insist upon) staying young at HEART. Not always easy..I know. But to this day I am bouncy...bouyant...love to laugh...forgive...unburdened by a long life that includes plenty of "hard to get over, and get past it, stuff". Yes I do have energy from heaven. My energy enriching every days mostly in the early morning between 3am to 4am automatically. I have direct connection to my spiritual Master from heaven in the last 25 years. I am in my seventies but looking in the young 50+ and full of energy with no pains at the joints waking up in the morning. I am still very healthy and working full time.
