Beautiful car! Not being critical, hopefully helpful assuming you want max accuracy...... the beacons on the CTS Twinsonic used by CHP in that era were in sync unlike the typical Federal Twin Beacon Ray bar. This particular one, California State requirements require a steady burn red facing forward when responding to an emergency. This carries on to this day.
