There's a more high-quality version of Luigi Brando by Siguel, amde around 2017. I think this older version is made by someone else who hasn't put their name in the author part of the .def file and left it credited to Warusaki3.

Really? When I downloaded this character it said it was made by Warusaki3, so I just assumed it was a joke he made. I guess what you're telling me makes more sense tho.
