Amazing. In particular the brick over the bench seat... it looked so easy.

Love the video, thanks for posting just one feedback if you could use also a bigger bike like KLR 650 or f 800 to demonstrate the same technique it would be even more helpful for most people like myself to have one of the bigger bikes. Also it would be helpful to learning if this technique is doable with a bigger bike or this something to do only with smaller off road bikes! Thanks again for the video keep them coming!!!

Motorcycle Adventure Dirtbike TV Could this be performed with a heavier, less powered bike? I own a nx400 which weighs about 170kg and has 30hp to the wheel.. I just want to make sure before even trying.
@MotorcycleAdventureDirtbikeTV10 жыл бұрын

start with stick 2 inches thick and don't put anything on the other side and practice the technique, believe me it is useful

"Lifter"? The old school term is "Kicker", which Chris actually said at the end!
@MotorcycleAdventureDirtbikeTV10 жыл бұрын
bensuhard Thank god we're not all old school. Did you get anything out of the vid? Was it useful?
@bensuhard10 жыл бұрын
Motorcycle Adventure Dirtbike TV "Thank God..." what's that s'posed to mean? "Old school" means "original", more or less. "Kicker" is the original term, why change it? I only watched the vid 'cause I was wondering WTF is a "lifter". If Chris even calls it a "kicker", surely that says something. It's like when a mate told me about "drifting" in his car. I said, "What's drifting?", thinking it was something new. It turned out that it was actually nothing new, it was just a new term for "power slide". I still think the original term describes it better. Again, why change it?

The most important skill for off-road riding (from a guy who doesn't do dirt)? Scanning the terrain! I would have fixated on the log and not see the root and the smal rock. We roadies have nothing on these guys when it comes to split-second decisions!
