Kilson doesn't play the drums. He makes LOVE to the drums, in the most musical sense.

One of my favorite drummers today. You might say he gets "personal" with his instrument!

I love Classical as much as I do Jazz (along with other stuff) and am always amused by the expressions of the musicians in the orchestra.

The blonde woman with the glasses digs it. The others possibly have had their nervous systems hijacked by a fungus . Alternatively, they are melancholically considering they'd have lost their virginity a lot sooner if they'd play the drums like that instead of scratching away on an oboe.

Better to please the audience than the jealousy of the depressed and pretentious classical stiffs. I like classical music but will never pay for a concert or attend one more than 30 seconds away.

Classically trained drones, with no rhythm and no soul, would be better off teaching beginners than performing alongside true instrumental greatness. I dropped formal studies in music performance (piano) because of these same prejudices, the arrogance and vaunted snobbery that characterizes so many musicians in orchestral groups. I went out and played professionally for a couple of decades. Folks like these probably daydream about the sublime nature of those ancient european parlor and barn dances, and top 1000 country and urban music hits from the 16th-early 1900s. There are phenomenal classical musicians, showmen and composers, certainly, but give me blues, jazz, rock and Motown every day to the week and twice on Sundays. The sad lifeless people impatiently waiting for Kilson to wrap up his masterful solo must have been fantasizing about trying to play bluegrass with Yo Yo Ma.

The rest the the orchestra is almost asleep, NOT A SMILE TO BE SEEN ANYWHERE, they look like they’re thinking, WE NEED ANOTHER DRUMMER, IS HE EVER GONNA STOP 😂😂😂
