I think the whole thing with Poole is a sign of a toxic culture at the Warriors about succession. They just can't keep and develop new young talent because of people like Dray. Poole was a young man, they're going to be annoying clowns. You manage and develop that. You don't physically assault the dude. The fact he's still not a serious guy tells me that the punch didn't work and the warriors organisation failed him.

I think Klay Steph and Dray and Kerr simply refuse to play with any young guys hell prolly barely interact with them out of practice. Think about all the young guys the Warriors drafted none have really pan out to anything outside if Poole who is not looking good in Washington, Kerr on the FIBA team didnt even medal , not even Bronze, Klay and Steph both had fromer Nba players as fathers and Dray was raised in an Old school Detroit, i dont think any of them can truly relate to the young players in way which allow them to develop, these guys expect these new generation kids to be able to handle rough harsh brutal truths but in reality they can not handle that so in return all you do is lose them mentally

What Draymond use to provide for the Warriors doesn't work anymore because the refs are looking for him now. He has a short leash, so his tough guy angle has been nullified. He has no value for the warriors now. I think the warriors are quietly relieved about him being suspended indefinitely.
