He did tell her to get out the car, and even opened the door for him, and she said she wasn't going anywhere and I guessed that's what brought the violence on, you can so tell he is bipolar is all over his actions and it's even in his face, just look at him, it's crazy how they didn't find out he was bipolar until now, it's dangerous to have him running on the loose without any medicine. And I truly believe she hit him first and just like the other person said there is absolutely no reason why she would admit to it and it's fine that she doesn't, he still shouldn't have hit her the way he did, but people need to realize it is none of their business, I'm so glad they finally worked it out and even dated again.

+chicken nugget He is still human! When are you people going to realize that he is a human being. He has feelings, he's young. He apologized for his mistake multiple times. The victim, Rihanna has even forgave him, so why can't you? For anyone to say that he doesn't deserve to be forgiven is just hateful, and also delusional. He didn't put his hands on you, why is it still so important still? It happened over five years ago. It surprises me that the media only realizes his abusive crime. What about Emma Roberts? She abused her boyfriend in 2013. No one talks about that! Also, when is someone going to mention how Marilyn Monroe was beaten with a bat by her abusive mate? Oh! That's right, because both of those situations didn't involve an African-American. If you think race doesn't play a factor in how the media portrays these events, then you are wrong. To all of America, get over yourselves and stop talking about an event that happened over five years ago, that had nothing to do with you! Instead of focusing on the negative events Chris Brown, or anyone, had done. Why don't you talk about hall of the Charity events Chris attends? Oh, I forgot, in America's media we only want to bring out the bad in people. Chris Brown is a talented young entertainer that doesn't want to be remembered because he "beat up Rihanna." I feel sorry because he has to deal with being in thus public every second of his life, with past events being thrown in his face 24/7. Way to go guys, ruining a 24- year olds life. What a lot of people don’t understand is people react to things when they’re constantly provoked. Before talking watch his documentary because obviously some of you don’t even know what happened before. They were at an award show and had a couple drinks therefore he said they were a little drunk before the car ride. When Chris stopped to get gas she had his phone and saw old messages between him and a girl when he pulled off and started driving that’s when Rihanna started attacking him. She spit on him , tried to turn the stirring wheel to crash the car, try to take the cars keys and tried to scratch up unreleased music. I’m not saying that any of this justifies him hitting her. But coming from a women do not expect to put her hands on a man and him not doing anything. And for those saying oh it doesn’t matter you shouldn’t put your hands on a women, it goes both ways don’t put your hands on a man. They were both in the wrong and they were both young. She forgave him and it’s time for people to move along

Kudos to Chris. He handled that in the best way possible. I hate the fact that people try to pull things out of him, try to get him fired up and mess with his head. Yes, he made a mistake. So what? Everybody's done something in their lives they should be ashamed of. Nobody's perfect. It takes a man to admit that he made a mistake and apologize for it. Not one person on here knows this man's life, so anybody that judges him should take a good look in the mirror tonight before they go to sleep. Open a bible and read Matthew 7:1-3; "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?"

When you critics say he should of not had hit her its a lot easier said than done when a women keeps shoving and nagging you now i dont agree to what he did, but we do not know what kind of anger a person has until they are being pushed a shoved it is a trigger that tons of people have even in you critics who think just because these people are celebrities they are not human and dont make mistakes.

As someone who feels he has dated a person who may have similar personality traits to Rihanna, it is a sucky situation for Chris Brown. You honestly have to be a very, very mature adult to deal with a woman like that... While also knowing when to cut ties. Reason being, just because they’re great at their best doesn’t mean you have to put up with them at their worst, which could be horrible. I understand how people can see the result and not forgive Chris Brown... That is just something he’ll have to live with. But, only acknowledging the result of what happened is to ignore the symptoms that lead to that result in the first place. I could not look at a situation like this and only hold Chris Brown accountable. She was the victim of his rage and an absolutely brutal beat down, but for him to blow up and react in that way, he had to have been subjected to abuse too. Yes it is possible for women to abuse men. I have been hit by one woman, and was berated by another daily. Both women were subjected to abuse by men in the past, and I tried to be super-sensitive to that. They acknowledged they were victims, but never took into account how that experience lead to them abusing others. I am still friends with both women, but I def no longer am interested in them romantically. In order for them to grow, this has to be a learning experience for them BOTH. So I wouldn’t dare hold one person, in this case, ONLY Chris Brown accountable. In either case, it seems they both have moved on with their lives. I hope the same happens for others that continue to berate Chris Brown every time his name is brought up.

Ok let me get this clear. This is Chris' side of the story. A girl Chris was recently involved with showed up to their table when Rih was there and she says "hey what's up y'all?" he replies with "hey, cool", he knew that was an issue so then he tried to keep it cool then he looks over at Rih and she's crying, the ceremony was about to start and she's just crying so then he says "yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, please babe don't do this, don't do this in here, I didn't know I swear to god" so she gets over it, they started drinking a little bit they both were drinking a little bit (not beer) then they get tipsy, make jokes, laughing. Then they leave in his Lamborghini, he gives her the option to look, so he gives her the phone and she sees an opened message from the girl who showed up at their table saying "I'm showing up at the Grammy's, do your thing" but Chris didn't read the whole thing. So then Rihanna opened the rest of the message and it says "I'll see you at the Clive party. So then she thought he was lying, she started going off and throws the phone and says "I hate you!" and starts hitting him in his own Lamborghini, so she's fighting him and he's like "look! I'm telling you the truth I swear to god you know I'm telling you the truth stop!" So then she hits him a couple more times and it doesn't go from translation to let's sit down and talk about the truth. It goes to now I'm trying to be mean or be evil. Arguing and arguing, so then she tries to kick him (it's just her being upset) but then he already hit her, with a closed fist he punched her, he busted her lip, and when he saw it he was in shock he was like "fuck, why did I hit her?" so from there she's just spitting blood in his face so it raised him even more. It's a real on fight in the car, and he's driving in the street and he's like "yo, what are we doing? We trippin' what the fuck man what are we doing?" and she's trying to grab his phone to throw it out the window, so she grabbed his nuts, and when she grabbed it he bit her arm as he's driving and it's just a petty stupid fight and he's realising 'what the hell am I doing? You're honestly doing this in the car right now?' so he pulls over and they're less than 2-3 miles from their house. And he's just trying to result the situation he's not trying to fight. Like he loved her he didn't want to hurt his girlfriend. After pulling over he says "I'm telling you the truth" he's crying and she's crying "I'm telling you the truth I swear to god like I didn't do it! I didn't know she was coming, I didn't know I promise" and she just didn't believe him. she's just like "I know you're lying to me, so she takes the keys out of the car and fakes it like she's throwing it out the window and he's like 'what are you doing?" and he gets out the car looking for the keys. And she yells out her door "help! He's trying to kill me!" then Chris said "stop, I'm going to get in trouble" so he's looking for the keys but it turns out she's sitting on the keys... So then he's like "you know what I can't play these games with you, so he's getting her bags out of her car and she takes his CD's (this is when he was recording on CD's and you could put it on your phone or on your CD so he would have new music) and she was just scratching it up he just sees her scratching it up with the keys so then he slashed her bag, so he's like "you know what you got the keys, you could drive home, at that time her lip was busting, and she had a knot on her head because he pushed her head up against the window. A lot of the times he looks back at the pictures and he's like "that's not me, that's not me" he hates it to this day. He says it's going to haunt him him forever. he even tried to kill himself. So stop pointing fingers, they were both wrong for what they did. There's different sides to the story. They were young.
