Those aren't necessities. And that's coming from a mom who receives child support. It's for living expenses (bills, housing, clothes, food) and medical expenses. It's not to provide security. Surely he do though. But it shouldn't be mandatory. These type of cases are the only cases where i root for the father. He has 12 days out of 30/31. She has the child 18/19 out of the month. $2500 is more than enough. Now, when debating us "regulars". No guy who isn't a millionaire should complain because the small child support mothers receive is pennies to what it actually cost to raise a child. So mom has to foot the bill. Plus she is not paying for child support or doing her half when Royalty is with her father. Both parent should be able to share the cost financially for their child. When Royalty goes to school she will only need to take care of her for 8 hours why the hell she needs 5k a month.
