@Laura so I that you are one of those people who don’t know how to let things go huh? “Ms perfect” Since that you don’t know how to let things go hopefully Ri reminds herself that she is the root of what happened that night which I am sure she takes responsibility for. She instigated that’s fight, spit on him, hit on him etc almost cause them to get into an accident. So what she did was ok, but him defended himself wasn’t? However, she forgave him, he forgave her, so why are you holding on to something that had nothing to do with you? While the two people who are involved already let it go? She was suppose to hit and spit on him but he wasn’t suppose to defend himself huh? I really hate when people and the media portray the man as the bad guy when it the woman’s fault. Signed: A woman Who loves them both.

If it weren't for that incident, I honestly think Chris Brown's trajectory would've been different today. He would've had that international superstar status and become a household name. When he came out there was so much buzz around him, and that wasn't even his prime yet. It's unfortunate, because he's incredibly talented and talent like that is rare to find. He had a lot of potential.
@MellissaStJuste-dx2km10 жыл бұрын
Jekakiril you said it. Chris brown would have been back on that super star status if he didnot get angry at everything. He would havw been f forgiven when he a d fihanns got back together and he started acting like a grown man instead of hanging with leeches such as ohb and his doormat girlfriend who interduced him to gang memberxand drugs. He would have been on a world tour with his album x and the publuc wiuld have sayed he supported rihanna on her world tour for unapologetic now she is supporting him o m his x tour. Instrsd he listen to kid red and hood and end up in prison.
@cic839910 жыл бұрын
2009 definitely altered the upward trajectory of his his career. It also didn't help that after the Rihanna incident, Chris made the mistake of embracing the 'violent Black man' stereotype the media bestowed on him by getting into more trouble like being affiliated with gangs, getting arrested etc. Despite his screw-ups, he's managed to carve a lane for himself as one of the biggest Urban artists today with the help of a dedicated fanbase. However, that doesn't erase the fact that he should have a lot more going on for him as far as his standing goes in the music industry. Chris is 25 years old. I don't like comparing artists but if you look at the biggest male Pop stars before him, Michael Jackson, Usher and Justin Timberlake, they were all around his age when they dropped their respective game-changing magnum opuses (Thriller, Confessions and FutureSex/LoveSounds). It'll be cool if Chris could one day give us an album that just blows everyone away and more importantly, the media will just allow him to be great. I won't want him to end up like an Ike Turner or Bobby Brown. Genuinely talented men who are unfortunately mainly remembered for the negative things they did to the women in their lives and how their careers never quite took off because of their shortcomings.

I've started to respect and pay attention to the guy when I saw how well he bounced back when the entire Media world tried to paint the man as a monster. And Throughout all his trials and tribulations, he still managed to create great music to his best ability. Chris Brown is and has been a great artist of this generation and I appreciate his contribution to the industry of which I enjoy dearly...

I'm fifty years old and a white woman. I think Chris Brown's album would go platinum if it was played on main stream radio. My daughter who is 17 loves Chris Brown, Tre Song, Tyga, and juicy j...so Rhianna forgave him and their friends. And Drake and him are ok...Let the MAN entertain us. Chris Brown is toooooo talented. That's the truth you can't deny it.

As long as he does not marry or formalize a serious relationship, they will always ask him about Rihana because it is seen that he loves her and that apart from it there is a great regret in him, I imagine that he now sees her and says wao of what I missed, I would have liked to see more of them together as artists that duo was spectacular
@IBeBradleyy10 жыл бұрын
rihanna is a black female and she goes platinum easily. so the white female comment was stupid.
@johnpeters69510 жыл бұрын
rihanna became more famous because people took pity on her. Chris brown made her for who she is now. Because during that time Breezy was killing it and than the incident happened and he nearly lost everything.
@IBeBradleyy10 жыл бұрын
john peters People are long over that incident, chris browns had number 1s again and people even take the piss out of stuff that happened but rihanna is still on top, she had two number ones before the cb incident
@ddoctriness10 жыл бұрын
Rihanna's best selling album happened before Chris Beat her. She also had hella number ones and top ten. She was more successful.

ITs funny how we think we can judge how a person is based off of what they look like. You can not tell if someone has serious anger issues by looking into their eyes smh...bullshit

Listen yeah, these comments are RIDICULOUS! Chris brown did the incident 7 YEARS AGO! He is tired of hearing it. RIHANNA forgave him. What more do you want? If they have settled the issue - why the fuck do you people care? He continues to live with the girl beater label, does community service, suffers a smack in his career, go to court...WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? Well? Yes he did something extremely bad. I know that. You shouldn't hit one another. But excuse me, if he goes through this much harassment for sometbing he deserves. I say ALL celebs and humans that do this act get the SAME punishment he does! Including celebs which people DONT CALL GIRL BEATERS! - charlie sheen - sean connery - Christian bale - mike tyson - eminem WELL? WELL? Case fucking closed.

It's not about forgiveness, it's not about c-brown or rihanna. they don't own this situation. this is a representation of violence against women around the globe. the way rihanna handled it is an insult to women rights. he didn't just hit her. he completely messed her up and clearly refused to stop. it wasn't a momentary thing. if you're capable of doing something like this then it is something that defines you as a person. see the problem isn't the action itself, wounds heal. the problem is that this guy is capable of mercilessly destroying his girlfriend. most people aren't. he is very clearly a violent sociopath that deserved much more than he got. rihanna can forgive him on a personal level. society has a right and obligation to protect women rights as a whole.
@kame9902310 жыл бұрын
What CB gotta realise is that ACTIONS speak waay louder than words. If he just stays outta trouble he will be alright, but if he keeps messing up people will bring up his past!
