Cornell will always be my favourite singer-songwriter. Just tremendous. And always a down-to-earth compassionate dude too.... you cannot find a single person who has a bad word to say about him. I used to love his one-man-&-an-acoustic-guitar shows as much as the Soundgarden & Audioslave gigs btw.... so personal, & the way *that* voice would just float out of him with no effort & transfix folk.... amazing. :)

You need to do some research on the charity that Chris and Chester started for abuse victims, also look at Jeffrey Epsteins story, there is some evidence suggesting Chris and Chester uncovered some powerful people tied to child trafficking and their deaths were a message, Bill Clinton gave $250k to the charity after Chris death, do research come to your own conclusions

Thank you for appreciating Chris's talent. He is truly missed. He is the best 4 octave rock singer. No One Sings Like Chris Cornell Anymore. You should check out his rock stuff with his 1st band SOUNDGARDEN. Then TEMPLE OF THE DOG & AUDIOSLAVE. TOTD is remnants of a band called MOTHER LOVE BONE. That lost their lead singer ANDY WOOD, right before their debut album was to be released. Andy & Chris were best friends & at one time roommates. The remaining members got with Chris released a tribute album to Andy under the band TEMPLE OF THE DOG. They had 2 big hits SAY HELLO TO HEAVEN & HUNGER STRIKE. HS had a newcomer Eddie Vedder, sing with Chris. TOTD & Eddie became PEARL JAM. AUDIOSLAVE was the remaining members of RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE after their lead singer ZACK DE LA ROCHA left. In between the bands Chris released solo work. In 2009 he hooked up with TIMBALAND and SCREAM was the result. A lot of Chris's rock fans did not like it. Personally I didn't think it was bad. There's some good songs on that album.

There are plenty of people that subscribe to the notion that he was actually murdered and it was in the suicide it's that he was working on a project uncovering sexual child abuse and trafficking and the wrong people didn't like his involvement and what he was uncovering. I'm not saying that's the truth, I'm simply stating that that's a very widely accepted notion.
