The Beach Boys often get overlooked by the amazing talent of their era, but they are just as good, if not better. " Don't Worry Baby " is, in my opinion, their finest song. What an amazing rendition of an all-time American song.

I never really saw Beach Boys' music as deep. Their tunes have always conjured up feelings of goofy beach bum vibes of the 1960s. But this cover completely installs this sort of somber, morose, yet hopeful feeling. I guess "haunting" would be a good term to use. Whatever it is, Ilove it.

I would absolutely suggest listening to the entirety of "Pet sounds" if you haven't already. It's one of the most moving, and probably life changing albums I've ever listened to.
