Filmed this while on tour with Chris Dave and the Drumhedz through Europe. This particular show was in Prague. Very raw footage that I shot on Sony Fs700 while mostly on stage during the performance.

Thank you for posting. Just ran across this. The preceding Vid was Harry Nielson - Lime in the Coconut with Ringo and John Lennon and Harry. SO, of course, this would be next. Really great stuff. Glad there are people like this doing this type of stuff. End of 2021.

i know you can't get his sound without being him, but, do you know any of the gear used while on tour? kick and snare is just right in this video. kick beater and microphone perhaps? >God damn what a show, seems like they're getting better and better and I thought they were at their peak when i saw them years ago (on youtube).

+Jarle Håland I'm not to sure. I apologise. I'm not to familiar with drums that much. But I appreciate you watching. He told me after the show that he thought this was one of their best performances together

I was at this gig and what strikes me the most is how little were the drums amplified. Almost like all of them played dry.
@triboluminiscencia_7 жыл бұрын
Main snare's pobably a Ludwig Acrolite or some steel snare. I think he uses Vater's Vintage Bomber kick beater. I just read an interview where he says he'll make a kit out of the available backline!
