Just found out at 37 my mom is marrying a man who just got out of prison for shooting at his wife and kicking their dog, then violating the protective order once he got out. He did all this in 2022 at 63. My mom has always been my best friend and has now chosen this man over me. To say my day has been devastating is an understatement. This episode couldn't have came at a better time. Thank you Heather!

I lived in the Tornado outbreak in 2011 In Alabama and luckily we didn't lose anyone personally or our home like so many others but we didn't have power for like a week. I LOVE when she references The Twilight Zone bc my dad raised me on that show the original and the old remake too. There was another show just like it too that was from the 60s and then made a come back in the early 90s or late 80s as well. Watching The twilight zone is comforting and feels like home to me tho whenever I’m depressed. Haha. I totally get it. I live an hour and 15 minutes south of Tampa, and 35 minutes south of Sarasota in North Port Florida and we are beaten down, and we are tired. Thank you for this, in times of need the best thing you could do for us is to let us know you are thinking of us, offering a temporary place to stay if there is a mandatory evacuation and no power for several weeks. Other than that, just pray for us. Thank you for making the content to keep our minds off of everything. A lot was damaged and destroyed, but I think most people are okay.
