The new definition is so broad that virtually everyone could be “on the spectrum.” It’s the new “in” diagnosis du jour like all the ADD, ADHD diagnosis scripts being handed out like candy over the past several decade. Kids are being medicated like never before in modern US society. If anyone was diagnosed and medicated with any of these so-called disorders as a child, who is now an adult, then please go to a new specialist and get re-evaluated. It may change your life.

The Tamara scenario was so ridiculous that you almost think that BOTH are on the spectrum. For Tamara and Teddi to even believe this would be received in a manner that the audience had empathy for Tamara is just off the charts! That takes some serious delusion. It's all cute and tough until someone's kids are kidnapped, or your hard won small business is shaken down once or twice a month. I worked for the Columbo family in NYC as a 17 year old, level headed, but wise ass girl from the south, and the conversations I over heard on a weekly basis would spin your head. The glamorisation of it all is ridiculous & not cute at all in real time. yes, everyone is fun & charming, but not in the final analysis. Drea was related to low end hoods, I get it, and it propels her story, but it's time to stop the cutesy bullshit w. the mob.
