Chris G just might be the most infamous MVC3 player right now. He's a spammer, but he knows how to play outside of Morrigan. He's boring to watch and makes pretty much anyone who's not a ChrisG fan instantly root for the other person, but he knows how to play in order to win. It's not a gimmick, it's abusing a very very solid means of an EXTREME case of keepaway/bait-and-punish. He's not a spammer because he's able to do more then just using Soul Fist, he can combo with Vergil/Doctor Doom, and used to use Ryu. Ryu of all things. The issue with Morrigan's Soul Fist is that the Twin Sisters super move lasts a ridiculously long time, meaning that every Soul Fist shot is doubled and added with the Hidden Missile. You're almost taking more damage just sitting there and blocking. If you mess up even once, he strikes and combos you then proceeds to jump back and continue again. It's annoying as sin to watch someone use such a boring tactic wreck so many people, but the fact is ChrisG wins tournaments and he's gotten where he is because of his skills. .....that being said I freaking hate it when he plays and I almost always hope that he loses his round. Even the crowd in the video cheered every time the other dude looked like he had an advantage. #salt

fyi chris g uses this runaway fireball strat because he said he was tired of losing to random hits and random xfactors from characters like wesker zero etc. one wrong move against a zero team and you lose. so he developed this strat. its boring but he wins tournaments and he has got it down to a science. no one was complaining about morrigan until chris g came along. he used to use a hawkeye team.

try playing morrigan, and tad qcfs with flight cancels all along. It looks cheap yes but try tp execute it and DAMN. Respect from the player who turned trash to gold.

then you obviously never played dormamu. all quarter circles forwards/backwards, forward quarter circle forwards for 'you like that' spell, and bunch of spell preps bullshit. Watch capcom cup fchamp and marlinpie and you'll see. Amazing af, execute it in training and cant even get it right how much more against marlinpie.

My only beef with this game is the over powered hits 1 hit can be fatal leading into a chain reaction of 200 hits defense has to be like floyd mayweather in this game 0_0
