If this were a serious video about the ancient elixir, it would have been better to shoot it in Java, where the temple bas-reliefs and historical texts around the ꦲꦕꦫꦏꦶ (acaraki; jamu makers) and jamu’s origins are located. But since this is a fun video, it makes sense to film it on the touristy island of Bali. The ᬫᬓᭂᬧᬸᬂ (Makepung; water buffalo race) adds a fun twist as well. Thank you for introducing ꦗꦩꦸ (Jamu), an Indonesian heritage, to the world! 🙏 🇮🇩
