I was there! I'm a Met fan cheering for Chris Heston. This was the 1st and only no hitter game that I was present at.

Besides Chris Heston's baserunning mistake where he (ran) into a fielder's choice, he missed another chance to get the run to score. On his single earlier in the inning the throw back came very close to him at first base and if he let the ball hit him Duffy could have scored from third. He dodged the ball which showed a lack of awareness of the game.

The problem with Heston choosing to dodge the ball is that he has to be careful not to get called out on interference. Also I'm like 95% sure that they don't have the pitchers do the countless base running drills during spring training. Like now in 2020 with the shortened season, every team seems to making base running mistakes so they probably help the cool looking and good running plays a lot.
