I'm in Houston. I contacted Nami and the man that assisted me was very helpful. I know have the resources to get the healing I need and access to a support group. Peace and blessings to NAMI.

WE need more advocates; the more we share and care, the healthier we become. Keep up the Great Work NAMI and all those affiliated with NAMI.

Chris Hubbard is a good solid man. Not afraid to speak up and willing to help others with his own struggles. He is an excellent example of how a real man conducts himself. Really pleased to see this.

I saw this clip and felt I should contact this person since it seems we are fighting for the same people. I sincerely encourage you to keep pushing.

Thank you for showcasing this great documentary. Another great youtube video on this subject to watch is 'The Mess' on Planet Classroom Network. It is about someone talking about their bipolar disorder.

mental health is real and it sad that we don't pay much attention to it until it happens to someone we love 🙏🏾

It may be our personal demons, but we gotta use these personal demons to make the world a better place. Anger can be a bad thing but it can also be a good thing, me im angry with the society, and its this rage that makes me want to help other people with mental health problems one day. We need to realize that our problems can be used in a good way for a good cause.

Mental health isn't sexy nor is it an easy way to make lots of money so our culture in the USA doesn't give it the energy it needs although the cost is still the same.
